Explorer Pipeline reported approximately 20,000 gal diesel spill to soil/ditch. Crystal Creek is about 1 mile down gradient. Rain is forecasted and there are a few residences in the area. The EPA START contractor was activated to respond to the scene and assess the threat to the navigable waterway.
