An OSC and START have been mobilized to an oil spill in the city of Ingleside, Texas within the county of San Patricio. The Responsible Party is Superior Crude Gathering, Inc which is operates an oil bulk storage facility within the abandoned Falcon Refinery. Two tanks leaked approximately 25,000 barrles of oil into there containment. Approximately 2200 barrels of oil have been recovered from a down graident wetland. Agencies that responded to the discharge were: USCG, US EPA, USFWS, TGLO, TP&W, TCEQ and TRRC.
