At the request of the KYDEP, OSC Karen Buerki was deployed to respond to a reported discharge of oil from a 10,000 gallon tank caused by vandalism and to investigate the contents of other tanks and totes located on the property. START was deployed to assist with hazcat operations, sampling and documentation.


AST that leaked material inside and outside of the containment wall; hole was plugged prior to arrival of EPA and START personnel; leaked material is visible on AST as well as outside containment wall.
