A fire at the Ram Chemical Supply Company in Houston, Texas occurred on July 11, 2009. The facility did not report the incident to the NRC. Although response efforts are complete, OSC Bernier and START have been mobilized to the site to document site activities, talk with the RP and ensure there are no outstanding issues. R6 External Affairs and DOI have been notified.
