This is an active Facility that provides services to private aircraft such as painting/stripping and repainting of aircraft, aircraft engine services, and miscellaneous repairs of aircraft. The Facility is located on the property of Hagerstown Airport.

The Facility had been issued violations through the EPA's RCRA Program and MDE Compliance Programs, and had been investigated by EPA's Criminal Investigation Division.

The State of Maryland has requested EPA assistance to perform a Site Assessment to determine if past practices at the Facility have/are contributing to contamination in the areas surrounding the Facility.
