Emergency Response due to a 200,000 gallon make water AST rupture and collapse and an adjacent triethylene glycol AST. Fluids sprayed a nearby rail crew and railroad. One possible injury. START mobilized for assessment, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting.

Initial report indicated a release of 150,000 gallons of triethylene glycol and an exposed railroad crew.
