FLDEP-BER discovered a sunken commercial vessel containing petroleum products in Pond Apple Slough, Dania, Fl. The vessel is near the Dania Cutt-Off Canal. The vessel's owner would not conduct the clean up. FLDEP-BER requested a Pollution Removal Funding Authorization in order to remove oil, diesel and petroleum contact water from the vessel. FOSC for this site is Benjamin Franco and the State OSC is Steve Threet.
