The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality requested assistance from EPA R10 in addressing a suspected heating oil/diesel tank release from a private residence in Lakeview Oregon. EPA R10 opened the National Oil Pollution Fund to issue a Preliminary Removal Funding Agreement to ODEQ and their contractors to respond to secure and mitigate the diesel release to Deadman Creek in Lakeview.
