Failed gasoline UST from a gas station near Atlanta's Ansley Mall discharged gasoline to Clear Creek, a tributary to Peachtree Creek. The RP, while planning for a corrective action under the Georgia Environmental Protection Division underground Storage Tank program, began to address the discharge to Clear Creek by placing absorbent booms and pads at the waters edge. EPA and GA EPD responding to provide oversight.
