At approximately 22:14 local time on 05/14/2010, Oncor Electric Delivery Company reported a transformer oil spill at 1925 Valley View Lane in Farmer's Branch, Texas 75234. NRC report number 941489 indicated approximately 967 gallons of mineral oil spilled from 2 pad mounted transformers due to vandalism. The site surface gradient is to the north northeast and drains approximately 413' (0.08 miles) to a stormdrain that flows approximately 6,595' (1.25 miles) to the Trinity River.

PCB sample analysis by Oncor indicated PCB's less than 3 ppm, per the Oncor on-site representive. The transformers and surrounding soils will be excavated and removed on 05/25/2010.

No residential homes were found within a square mile. All facilities within proximity to the site are commercial, municipal, or a church.
