A fire and explosion occurred at the Pasadena Refining System, Inc. Hydrogen Desulphurization Unit. Refinery emergency response team and local emergency units are responding. The fire is currently contained onsite. OSC Enders and an EPA Team were mobilized to assess site conditions, provide air monitoring and other assistance as needed.
