EPA OSC Adams and START were activated on 06/29/10 to respond to a NRC report (NRC 945881) of approximately 3,000 gallons of hydrochloric acid released due to an equipment failure at 2929 Storey Lane, Dallas, Texas on the evening of 06/28/10.

Upon arrival at the incident by EPA, the RP had a contractor responding to the incident. TCEQ Regional Emergency Responders and personnel from the City of Dallas arrived on-site and joined the response effort.
