A home heating oil tank overturned, spilling approximately 110 gallons of heating oil onto the ground. The spill location is approximately 100 yards from a storm drain that leads to a tributary to Deep Run, which flows into the Patapsco River and into the Baltimore Harbor. The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) requested assistance with the cleanup of this site.
