The Rogers Cartage Site is a former truck cleaning operation that discharged rinsates into on-site lagoons from tank cleaning activities. Rogers Cartage formerly operated, under a lease agreement with owner ConocoPhillips Pipeline Company (ConocoPhillips) , a chemical product hauling business out of a 5-acre tank truck facility from approximately 1950 until 1970.

ConocoPhillips has entered into a Consent Decree with USEPA to conduct an investigation and removal action of PCBs that were discharged onto land from the former Rogers Cartage business operations.
