The EPA Border Office in El Paso, Texas received a call from Senator Jeff Bingaman's Office, regarding a potential release at the Santa Teresa Industrial Park located in Santa Teresa, NM. Initial reports indicated approximately 200 people were feeling ill and experiencing difficulty breathing. Mexican officials from PROFEPA and the Juarez Fire Department also contacted EPA regarding the incident.  OSC Enders was mobilized to follow up on the incident.
