The Solberg Drum Site is a former tank scrapping business which has approximately 355 deteriorating drums, several former USTs, and numerous smaller containers stored outside containing hazardous wastes, including tank bottom sludge, waste oil, and other flammable liquids. There is also an area where buried black tar is upwelling and running over the ground at the Site.
