During a visit to the Former Custom Cleaners Site, Memphis, TN, OSC Spurlin discovered approximately 36, 5 gallon containers of unknown waste. The containers were not present on the property the previous week, and it appears an unknown party has pulled a vehicle into the alley between buildings and dumped the containers. A black liquid and sludge was observed on the outside of the containers. Based on the unsecured nature of the area, and the potential for a release of a hazardous substance, the OSC initiated an emergency response.
