In regard to NRC# 880680, OSC Spurlin mobilized with ERRS and START to the incident involving a bio-fuel fire at the Biofuels of TN company CO, located in Decaturville, Decatur County, Tennesse.

Biofuels of Tennessee operates a biofuel mixing facility in Decaturville, Decatur County, Tennessee. On August 15, 2008, a fire destroyed the facility. Various hazardous materials were partially consumed in the fire, including methanol, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, and glycerin.
