In response to NRC report #893129, and at the request of Roane County EMA, FOSC Les Sims, and EPA's START contractor, mobilized to Harriman, TN to the incident involving the release of flyash from the Kingston Fossil Fuel Plant to the Emory River. The release resulted from a dike wall failure. The amount of the release is estimated at 5.4 million cubic yards.
