This website will be the repository for all information regarding the Toledo Shoreline Cleaner Test Site. The spill of opportunity occured during the week of October 17, 2005 and efforts were made to document site conditions and ready the site for use of the shoreline cleaner (Corexit 9580). All procedures will be accomplished using the Regional Response Team (RRT) protocol for use of shoreline cleaners in Region 5 (see Documents Section for copy of this protocol). For more information or for a copy of the Final Report (with video of the Corexit 9580 application), please contact EPA-OSC Jon Gulch at gulch.jon@epa.gov.
