The VCC Greenville Site was formerly a phosphate-based fertilizer production facility located in Greenville, Greenville County, South Carolina. The former VCC facility consisted of 43 acres which has since been subdivided into eight parcels with multiple property owners. The Site is located in a predominantly residential area interspersed with industrial properties.
