The All Pro Scrap facility is a recycling business located at 1905 Lawton Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The facility shredded and recycled used oil filters and empty hazardous waste drums.

The shredder caught fire on December 18, 2013, burning one on-site building and causing a release of oil and hazardous substances. Oily run-off and fire suppression water impacted nearby residential properties and combined sewers.

On December 20, 2013, the Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD) and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) requested assistance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in responding to the release.
