Plains Pipeline reported loss of crude oil from a gathering line in Bay springs, MS. Approximately 1 mile of Piney Branch a tributaty to Tallahoma Creek has been impacted. The RP has hired USES to begin clean-up. MSDEQ responded is on-scene. OSC Negron dispatched to the Scene. From the afternoon of February 10 through the evening of February 13 the area was impacted by severe weather including approximately 6 inches of precipitation in the affected area causing extensive flooding which hampered response operations.
