At approximately 2130 hrs on 12/01/2011 a vandal opened the rear valve of a tanker truck carrying number 4 recycled oil and the entire contents of the tank was discharged to the ground. Approximately 6,800 gallons of oil was released and flowed down a storm water ditch and then laterally across a road and into a resident's yard via sheet flow. OSC Ball was dispatched to ensure the response due to the threat of release of oil to waters of the US.
