The One Hour Cleaners Site is an abandoned dry cleaning facility located in downtown Freeport, Stephenson County, Illinois. The three story building was constructed in 1897 and the dry cleaners operated in the building from 1961 to 1996. The building is in dilapidated condition and has been condemned by the City. The wastes on site include drums and containers of PCE and other solvents.

The containers found throughout the building have been consolidated. The solvents and waste material in the dry cleaning machine was successfully extracted and transferred to separate drums. Solvents from the dry cleaning machine and consolidated containers were categorized based on chemical properties.
