Plains Pipeline reported a 10bbl oil spill that threatened a tributary of Wax lake. USCG received the NRC report and learned that the spill amount was 300 bbl. The USCG forwarded the report to EPA Region 6 since the spill occurred in EPA's area of responibility. OSC Enders and START are in route.
