On January 31, 2004, a Plains All American truck was involved in an accident on County Road 35 in Heidelber, Mississippi releasing approximately 6,300 gallons of crude oil into the adjacent ditches. Plains All American supplied a vacuum truck to begin the removal actions. Mississippi Department of Environmental Quallity was onscene. EPA OSC Rick Jardine was dispatched to assist.
