Located in a warehouse were approximately 12, 55-gallon drums. The drums contain a conglomeration of paint wastes allegedly from the consolidation of drums that the PRP was cleaning and reconditioning. It was reported by a DNREC responder that during the search, hazardous categorization indicated high vapor pressure substances. Some drums also show evidence of leaking and possible failure due to rust and damage. The area surrounding the drums was rich in the smell of aromatic compounds.
