On the morning of January 7, 2018 a tractor trailer was discovered in Mill Creek, north of St Joseph, Missouri off of I-29 highway. Officials believe sometime during the night of January 6, 2018 the tractor trailer went into the median of I-29 and over the embankment into the creek. Two people were inside the tractor trailer, and pronounced dead at the scene.
