A spill of 700 barrels of oil from a Shell Pipeline was reported in Pasadena, Texas. Approximately 50 bbls (RP estimate) of oil has entered Vince Bayou via a storm drain. Oil has been contained and RP is in the process of recovering oil in the water and the remaining oil that poses a threat of discharge to the bayou.
