This Administrative Record (Collection 67385) was prepared to support the public comment period on the removal action beginning September 8, 2022. The Administrative Record is a collection of documents that form the basis for the selection of a decision. The Administrative Record is required pursuant to the National Contingency Plan (NCP) 40 CFR 300 Subpart I. While the 2015 amendments to the NCP now allow for electronic distribution of Administrative Records, the NCP still requires the EPA to establish a field repository that provides the public with access to the information available via the internet.
