The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announces that the Administrative Record for the removal action at the Everett Clandestine Lab Site, Everett, MA (MAN000153904) is available for public review. https://cumulis.epa.gov/supercpad/cursites/cadminrecord.cfm?id=0153904

This Administrative Record (Collection 67795) was prepared to support the Request for a Removal Action Memorandum signed on November 20, 2024.

Any future amendments to the Administrative Record file will be available using the same URL, above.

Please contact the SEMS Records and Information Center at 617-918-1440 with technical questions pertaining to accessing the Administrative Record.

The Administrative Record is a collection of documents that form the basis for the selection of a removal action. The Administrative Record is required pursuant to the National Contingency Plan (NCP) 40 CFR 300 Subpart I. While the 2015 amendments to the NCP now allow for electronic distribution of Administrative Records, the NCP still requires the EPA to establish a field repository that provides the public with access to the information available via the internet. Thank you cooperating with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to provide the public with this service.

Written comments on the Administrative Record file should be sent to: On-Scene Coordinator Keith Paciga, paciga.keith@epa.gov, or to Mail Code 02-2, U.S. EPA Region I, 5 Post Office Square, Suite 100, Boston, MA, 02109-3912. Comments should be sent to the On-Scene Coordinator within 30 days of this announcement.
