Updated Fact Sheet Issued by Ohio EPA on Odor Control Efforts 5/25/2010 Site Update
Ohio EPA established a website on the Rumpke Sanitary Landfill.  The website has pertinent site information and an updated Fact Sheet summarizing ongoing efforts to address the situation at the landfill and control odors impacting the community.

Ohio EPA Issed Findings & Orders Issued with Action Plan 3/19/2010 Site Update
On March 18, 2010, the Ohio EPA issued findings and orders relating to the subsurface reaction which requires following an action plan to address the issue. A copy of the both the Findings and Orders document and the Action Plan can be found at the following website:
