#6 oil along tracks. AST at former Budd plant is on this side of tracks. This culvert is "downstream" of three manhole covers downstream of AST.

A little further down from culvert past the manholes on AST side of the tracks.

#6 oil in drainage swale along RR tracks downstream of manholes and culvert. Previous to this date, oil reportedly was not seen this far downgradient. Source? Oil caught in pipe below ground and released after yesterday's rain? <br />Date Taken: 8/30/2013<br />Category: Site Photo<br />Latitude: <br />Longitude: <br />Tags:
#6 oil further downstream in the drainage swale. Oil was observed in the swale until a point where it went underground back under the tracks and into a short tunnel (about 1/3 mile from the AST).

<br />Date Taken: 8/30/2013<br />Category: Site Photo<br />Latitude: <br />Longitude: <br />Tags:
This culvert is on the opposite side of the RR tracks where the swale goes underneath and soon enters a short tunnel. Point is about 1/3 mile from the AST.

Oil in drainage leading from culvert in last photo. This drainage will go under a short tunnel and will utlimately dump into the city's storm drain where it will enter the Schuylkill River at a recreational location.
<br />Date Taken: 8/30/2013<br />Category: Site Photo<br />Latitude: <br />Longitude: <br />Tags:
Location where surface drainage discharges into the underground city storm system. This point is roughly 3/4 mile from the Schuylkill River and is a confined space. Essentially it is the furthest drainage point accessible by walking from the AST
