	Orphan well on the abandoned on-shore production facility known as the Irons Farm was found by the first responders (local fire hazmat) below grade, beneath the flower bed, alongside of the sidewalk to this private residence. The wooden pallet had been place over the open hole as a safety precaution and sorbent pads deployed as a contingeny.	Site Photo	11/8/2016
