Description:	Anomaly Site 1 on the FS2 transit line. Pipeline insulation was removed and a patch was installed (upper center). Location is awaiting clamp installation. FS1 facility is in the background. A folding tank underneath the pipeline and containment boom in the pond have been deployed as a precaution.
