REGION 4 REGIONAL RESPONSE TEAM NOTICE For the Standing Regional Response Team Meeting February 15, 16 and 17, 2005 Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina
This Notice announces the Winter 2005 meeting of the Region 4 Regional Response Team (RRT). A draft agenda is currently in preparation and will be e-mailed and posted on the RRT web site and Response Link by mid January.
The RRT will convene on Tuesday, February 15th at The Blockade Runner Beach Resort, Wrightsville Beach, NC. The Registration Desk will open at 8:30 am and the RRT Committee meetings will begin at 9:00 am. The Standing RRT meeting will begin on Tuesday at 1:00 pm and adjourn on Thursday at 12:00 pm.
The hotel is holding a block of rooms through January 14, 2005 at $58.00 double occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes. The per diem room rate for Wilmington, NC is $72.00. This may be a busy time in Wrightsville Beach and we cannot guarantee the room rate beyond the posted date, so make your individual reservations early by calling the hotel at (800) 541-1161. Be sure to advise the hotel that you are reserving a room from the Coast Guard Regional Response Team Meeting room block.
