REGION 4 REGIONAL RESPONSE TEAM NOTICE
For the Standing Regional Response Team Meeting
August 24, 25, and 26, 2004
Chattanooga, Tennessee


This Notice announces the Fall 2004 meeting of the Region 4 Regional Response Team (RRT).

The RRT will convene on Tuesday, August 24th, 2004 at the Sheraton Read House Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  The Registration Desk will open at 0800 and the RRT Committee meetings will begin at 0900.  The Standing RRT meeting will begin at 1300.

The Sheraton Read House Hotel is located at 827 Broad Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37402.  The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport  (CHA) is the nearest airport.  Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and 12 miles from CHA.  The hotel offers shuttle service for $10 each way; please call the number listed below with your Flight number and estimated arrival time to utilize this service.

Driving directions from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA):  Follow signs to Chattanooga and Hwy 153. Turn right onto 153 South. Follow it to I-75 South. Continue on I-75 to I-24 West. Follow I-24W approx. 6.5 miles to Exit #178 (27 North). Take 27N to M.L. King Blvd. (Exit #1-A). Veer right onto M.L. King Blvd. Turn left at first light onto Chestnut Street. Read House parking immediately on right.

The hotel is holding a block of rooms until August 3, 2004 at the per diem rate of $84.00 plus applicable state and local taxes. Please make your individual reservations by calling 423-266-4121 and asking for the Regional Response Team Meeting room block.
