Site Description
EPA and ERRS returned to the Site for disposal of drums, debris, and contaminated soil.  These actions had been postponed until additional funding was approved.  

Current Activities
ERRS prepared and labelled drums for disposal.  Drums were loaded and transported for disposal on 10/3/06.  34 drums of oil-contaminated water and one drum of diesel contaminated oil-dry were transported to CycleChem, Inc. in Elizabeth, NJ for disposal.  

One drum of contaminated personal protective equipment was transported to Wayne Disposal Landfill in Bellsville, MI on 10/4/06.

Four drums of non-pumpable creosote were transported to CycleChem of Elizabeth NJ for disposal on 10/3/06.

182 drums of pumpable creosote were also transported to CycleChem

Planned Removal Actions
No actions are planned for the winter due to other regional commitments.  Operations will resume in Spring of 2007l
