EPA has two signed Action Memorandums: One for the Emergency Response portion (retroactive) and the second for Removal portion.
An Administrative Order on Consent was written and signed by the Potential Responsible Parties and EPA.

EPA offered well testing to six nearby homes (see generic well testing offer in Documents section). Four residences accepted the offer however, one residence was not present on the day (June 11) EPA sampled well waters.
Well water samples were sent to a laboratory for analysis and preliminary results should be available the week of July 6.
Review well sampling results and provide residences with preliminary results. Qualitiative preliminary results will be announced on the website and quantitative results will be posted once the final results have been received from the labooratory and have gone through a Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedure by EPA.
EPA will be reviewing workplan, sampling plan, QA/QC plan, and Health and Safety Plan (See SOW in Documents section).
Field work may begin by the end of July.
