Tropical Storm Bill produced heavy rainfall in Southern Oklahoma, through Carter, Love, Johnston and Marshall Counties. Flooding West and East of Ardmore, and South to the Red River and Lake Texoma has caused multiple oil spills from Oil Production sites. The area of flooding is a heavily concentrated oil production area and multiple tanks have been floated off their foundations and overturned. More than 300 Bbls of oil have been discharged along Walnut Creek, which flows to the Red River.
