The Dockter Kalloch Mine is part of the Barker-Hughesville Mining District National Priority List Site and is located in the upper Galena Creek watershed in west-central Montana in the Little Belt Mountains in Judith Basin County, MT. It is about 53 miles SE of Great Falls, MT near Hughesville. Runoff from this mine flows through waste rock that contains elevated levels of heavy metals and impacts Galena Creek. Flows from this mine also impair remedial operations at the Block P Mine.
