On April 20, 2021 US EPA Region 8 was contacted by the State of South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources to ask for assistance and help disposing of unstable and dangerous chemicals brought to a local household hazardous waste facility. 

 

US EPA Region 8 deployed EPA assets to dispose of the chemicals properly and safely on April 21, 2021.
