NRC report states a freight train has derailed approximately 21 cars due to unknown causes. A Union Pacific representative has indicated that titanium dioxide (a white paint pigment) and lime potentially released into a nearby creek at the derailment location. Initial location reported as Gilmer, Texas but incident actually occured in Pritchett, Texas. OSC Enders and an EPA Team have mobilized to assess site conditions and provide assistance/cleanup as needed.
