On June 28, 2005, EPA was contacted by Eastside Fire Department to provide technical assistance at the scene of an unknown chemical release to soil inside the parking area of a Mini Storage facility in Issaquah, Washington. One EPA OSC and three START contractors mobilized to the scene to conduct hazard categorization and field analytical to help determine if the material was hazardous.
