The City of Tacoma and the WA State Department of Ecology requested EPA's assistance in addressing several abandoned drums that were dumped in a public right-of-way near a large oil storage facility and public waterway. The drums are in poor condition, subject to the elements, and in an unsecured location. In addition, the proximity to the oil storage facility poses a security risk.
