This site contains copies of several pertainent Regional Delegations of Authority. These Delegations are relevant to response activities and the authorities that he OSCs possess.

A copy of the OSC Warrant, aka the OSC Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) is also included as a reference.

The two most important Delegations are 2-89, dealing with the response to Oil Spills, and 14-2, dealing with CERCLA Response to hazardous material spills.

Currently all OSCs who are expected to respond to emergencies have active Warrants. The list of active Warrants can be found at: http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/ersc/osc/oscdatabase.pdf
There are 4 new OSCs who are in the progressing through the required training and will enroll in the appropriate OSC Warrant Training class.

Records of training and the Refresher training dates are maintained in the Regional Office and are also available at the Core ER Training Website.
