An EPA OSC and START contractors have been dispatched to an oil spill in a dry arroyo in Jicarilla Apache Nation Reservation, New Mexico. Benson-Montin Greer (the responsible party) reported the release of crude oil from a 300 BBL storage tank. Reportedly, 40 BBLs have past secondary containment into a dry arroyo which is a tributary to the Chama River.
