The Foss Moon and Associates site is a former oil recycling facility. Areas of concern include a warehouse containing laboratory chemicals, 55-gallon drums containing oil, oily water, and/or corrosive chemicals which are scattered across the site, an above ground storage tank farm, steel containers with oily soil, and tanker trucks containing various types of free product. The contaminants of concern included polycyclic aromatic hydrocabrons (PAHs), oily water mixtures, corrosives and laboratory chemicals, heavy metals, and PCBs.
