Kinder Morgan reported a 10,000 gallon fuel tank floating in the Mississippi River. The company retrieved the tank and secured it to its dock. Boom and absorbents were applied to contain and remove the sheen. It is believed that most of the contents have discharged leaving only a small amount remaining. The tank is an orphaned tank and OSC Enders is responding to address the tank and its remaining contents.
